some background information

The premade brushes from this layout are downloaded from Uchiki.de (creation of the talented Yina & Chibikko). Some Textures are also used. Vectoring is also involved to recover the missing parts of the scan of our favourite UVER!cartoon (?)

Coding took ages to complete, even though I am really a cheater for 'recycling' codes of BLAZE and even an entry for a layout contest. Yes, I deserve to be smacked. Moreover, the codings are in a real mess. Sadly though, it is because of time constraint. Someday, and I stress on someday, I might tidy up the codes.

I am really pleased on how it turned out. At first I was thinking of creating a simple temporary layout and do another one after O level (which will end on the 17th November). However, after seeing the final result, I doubt that is necessary especially since I have received many positive feedback on the layout. ♥

Created in Photoshop CS2 and coded in Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004. Total time spent: 6-7 hours

∞ History

Blame Stella for infecting me with her UVERgerms. Thanks to that, I am currently addicted to the band and their songs. SHAMROCK, is no doubt one of my favourite songs. In fact, this is the song that got me TOTALLY hooked up to UVERworld. Something that not even CHANCE! (2nd single) is capable of. This happened some time before my preliminary exam (around September 15th). For having lived in Singapore for 8 years, no doubt I have followed the Singaporeans' way of being Kiasu and immediately applied for this subject not even waiting till my exams end.

I did not write much comments for my application and that gave me a sleepless night. Hence, the *coughs* kind Slifer who caught the SHAMROCK!germs (courtesy of Stella & myself) told me to write another application under her name. And that's what I did.

Many weeks later...

I screamed. In case if anybody is wondering, it is approved under Slifer's name.

This fanlisting, holds important meanings as it not only commemorate the day I become an UVERfan (or UVERfreak), to me, it is also a symbol of Everlasting friendship with Stella - the girl who has brought UVERworld into my life once again after my interest in them has died down and also the classmate that has brought colours into my life.
